Mobile construction waste recycling
Mobile construction waste recycling is designed by Zoonyee company absoring advanced construction waste recycling technology. It is widely used in construction waste, industrial waste, coal, coal rock, slag, and building materials, etc.
After the solid waste application process, it can produce all kinds of new building material which meet quality inspection standard. The utilization ratio of construction waste can reach 80-100% according to the different equipmeny configuration. There is no second pollution, and it can achieve almost zero pollution and zero emissions.
The construction waste is sent to feed bin by the loader, then the material go into vibrating feeder from feed bin. At the same time, the raw material is sent to construction waste crusher by vibrating feeder. The broken material is sent to vibrating screen by belt conveyor. The crushed material is divided into three materials, 0-10mm is final material to be sent to finished area. Wood and mud by belt conveyor transported to the waste field. Big material by belt conveyor sent to the crusher for broken again
