Self-synchronizing Inertia Vibrating Feeder GZG vibrating feeder are widely used in different industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building material, light industry, chemical, electric power and grain. It convey block, granule and powdery material from the storage silo or hopper to the material receiving device in an even and continuous way. For example, they feed or distribute materials for crushing, coal preparing, screening, transporting, and packaging machines. GZG series vibrating feeders adopt common chute type. It is used for the materials without specific requirements. GZGF series feeders adopt closed chute type. It is mainly used for the feeding of dusty and volatile materials. Inertia vibrating feeder can be collocated with plug braking control box which can stop the feeder in short time and make it go through resonance zone rapidly. It also has over-current, overvoltage, open-phase protection effect. We can also add energy consuming and stopping device according to the customer’s requirement.
