Detailed Description
The frame is manufactured by Wood-polymer Composites (WPC),which is also called wood-plastic ,is made by combining wood fiber or plant fiber with thermo plasticity polymer. It can be made like the real wood of different shape with wood texture on the surface, but with more intensity and flexibility. Now we use this new material to replace most of the wood. By using this material, we improves not only the producing efficiency, but decreases the cost a lot, and also protect effectively the woods resource. Now we have 10 production lines of WPC frame and wood frame, and 5 assembly lines. So we make sure to deliver goods with high quality on time.
