Single-side coil lacing machine DLM-3 Introduction: This machine is used to bind the engine stator coil, applicable for various wires binding methods, and equipped with tension controller to adjust the tightness degree of binding wires. Feature: 1) The whole mechanical structure, durable, and it is very convenient to repair and replace different engine stators. 2) Either full-slot binding or electrical insulation slot binding can be set. 3) High binding speed, which can reach up to 220 RPM Positioning mode: Either internal positioning or external positioning is available, with additional clamping device. Applicable scope: Application Scope: Electric engines of Y series, electric engines of generators, electric engines of washing machine, air conditioning, water pump, compressors, electric engines of fan, also applicable to the copper wires, aluminum wires and some special wires. Remarks: Subject to the requirements of the customers, it can be customized for special electric engines, with the prices determined according to the production technology of the goods.
