Hubei Ezhong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd (short as Ezhong) was founded 1958, used to be the manufacture of plate bending machine, plate leveling machine and other heavy industrial profile machines, which appointed by First Ministry of Machinery Industry. Now, it is the largest plate bending machine, plate leveling machine and axle-press machine production base.
China largest 3 rolls plate bending machine, biggest capacity plate leveling machine and horizontal axle press machine are manufactured by Ezhong.
The whole process complied with “GB/T 19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2008”, including design, develop, manufacture, marketing, service.
In 2010, Ezhong succeeded the CE certificate and the products were permitted to enter European market.
Since a long term development over 50 years, although the competition became more and more strong, Ezhong keep the first place in large plate bending machine market shares, especially oversize plate bending machine market share is more than 90%.
China largest plate bending machine right now, is EZXW11S-270/360×3500mm, which is made by Ezhong.
Ezhong has been in the world first range of plate leveling machine development. Ezhong learns international advanced technique, especially from German, developed variety new products with independent intellectual property rights.
China largest plate leveling machine is EZW43T-120×3000mm (400Mpa) by Ezhong.
Ezhong’s horizontal axle press machine has got many awards, such as Quality Award by Ministry of Electronics Industry, Golden Crane Award of Hubei.
China largest axle press machine is EZY92-10000KN horizontal axle press machine.
