Detailed Description
CAPABILITY •Built-in Pressure Cylinder: Pressure cylinder setting on the lathe bed can solve the piston rod damage problem that the work-piece rolling scales accumulation in the process of bending due to cylinder rod exposure. Actualize the non-rod chamber work of both top setting and bottom setting cylinders, reduce the amount of bearing seals, while increase the reliability. •Strengthened Cone Bending Package: there is a cone small-mouth slowing device set on the top and bottom working roller's bearing block. The electrical system can control the working roller's inclination and maintain the top roller's balance. This machine can meets the requirement of small diameter, large cone angle bending. •Hydraulic Advance Release Pressure System: By the means of the special design of hydraulic system and working pressure checking, the machine can be unload on the condition of high pressure to avoid the problem of bouncing and “water hammer” which hits the work-piece compact on piping. •Clean Human-Machine Interface: Working pressure of hydraulic and each cylinder, motor working state, displacement of sensor will be displayed on the screen in form of instrumentation control. The power failure of each valve, prompting of each soft and hard limitation, overload alarm, oil temperature alarming, prompting of cooling also will be displayed on the screen.
