Quality:
1.With magnificent appearance and outstanding performance, this printer works more stable and quiet .High-level and cold rolled steel girder , no creases and painting.
2.With three rollers and one tension bar, the feeding structure can easily avoid wrinkling and skid of the media. 3.Newly designed press buttons give even pressure they can be detached separately, easy to be changed.
4.Extra 75% sectional sucking fans in the printing bed than the old one, with negative pressure and strong power, ensure media to be flat and even. Smooth media will not scratch the printhead during printing.
5.Upgraded three-stage adjustable temperature heating for media;

So in different temperatures, the ink drop size and the jetting speed from the two lines of nozzles can be the same.

F:Self-recovering protecting system is designed according to each printhead, so when short circuit or voltage overload happens, the fuse in the printhead board will be cut down automatically to ensure prinhead safety.
Efficiency:
1.Single RIP picture can be set to cycle print, which save lots of Rip time.
2.The prameters of printhead calibration X and Y direction are all available for backup. Even if computer is changed or system reinstalled, no need to repeat the complex calibration works
3.Stepping can be adjusted during printing, which makes the calibration more conveniently and directly.
Hommization:
1.Stepless printhead height adjusting. The height between media and printhead can be adjust easily according to different types of midea, convenient and accurately.
2.Newly designed midea clamp. It moves smoothly with six standpoints. Meanwhile, its special slot avoids media bulge inside.
3.Reserved suction outlet for automatic printhead cleaning system. (optional)
4.Professional take up system is equiped with function between automatic & manual. (optional)
5.Printhead plate heating system and sub-tank heating system keep the printhead and ink working around 26 degrees.
