Our company-LoongMaster, is a professional total solution provider for digital home entertainment products which offers high-quality products with reliable and stable features as well as competitive prices in the field along with professional and attentive customer services. Our product range includes DVB-S receivers, DVB-T receivers, ISDB-T receivers and HD network players.
Our factory covers 2,000 square meters and houses 120 staff and three production lines. Our special equipment includes SMT machines, printing machines and reflow soldering machines bought from Siemens. Consequently, our monthly production reaches 310,000 units, 90% of which is exported. In addition, our raw materials and parts conform to IPC610D standards.
We have five R&D engineers with 5-10 years' field experience who can communicate directly in the English language and they have worked in famous companies such as Skyworth and Jiuzhou. They can design one to two new products monthly since we provide R&D machinery such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, emulators and stream modulators.
Our QC team is composed of 15 staff with two years' working experience that is allocated to two staff per production line. We have garnered CE, RoHS, FCC, MPRII, GS, CCC, CSA and EMC approvals as well as a return rate of 0.2% due to our excellent QC team who man special machinery bought from Japan.
Our five foreign trade salespersons with three years' field experience are quite proficient in the English language. Our main markets include South America, the Middle East, Europe and India. A big advantage we have is our after-sales service team since they are all technical staff plus they reply to clients within 24 hours. Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces with a delivery period within 1-3 months as long as the order is within 300,000 pieces. We offer a year's warranty so contact us now.
