It can be used for pillow, comforter and jackets; the material can be down and feather regular standard. The whole line is controlled by PCL control system that can be handled by only 1 operator. It is assembled with a raw material feeding device with hot blowing system to warm and dry the material. Raw material storage, Evening device, Transporter, Weighing scale, Filling device There are 2 sections in the raw material to keep the material and feed to the next program evenly by the necessary quantity that needed in the evening device by a laser sensor. The whole process is adjusted by vacuum system, so that cut down the high pressure and remain a clean working shop. The developed down and feather filling machine can be handled for both pillow and comforter with a changeable vacuum filling device. There are 3 to 4 times of weighing process can be finished in a minute.
