answer: this machine is thermal printer, if you will use ECO inks, you need to tell us which types of ECO inks you will ues. it can not use Piezo printer ECO inks. this print head is china thermal head
4.how to change the heads and the inks
answer: new machine will come with indoor inks, if you will print on outdoor media or sublimation media , you need to change the heads.
5. how about the transportation for delivery
