KSFQ1300-II High Speed Slitting Machine(3motors)
This machine is suitable for recoiling and slitting the material of PE, BOPP, CPP, PVC, Paper, etc. With the high speed, stability, good sensitivity and convenient for operation.
Major characters and configurations:
1) Main motor adopts 5.5KW inverter motor, and use Yaskawa G7 inverter control.
2) Unwind tension is automatic balance tension control closed loop. Tension is realized to KEDI FMI0500 fully automatic balance tension sensor.
3) This machine is up and down double shaft coiling. The rewind main shaft is air shaft.
4) Rewind tension institution is double vector motor 5.5KW, inverter fully control the tension, and realize the taper tension.
5) Unwind error-correction adopts the simulation photocell error-correction.
6) The main controlling part is finished by the Germen Siemens CPU224 programmed controller and two output molder EM232 and one EM235.
7) With the functions of automatic length setup; automatic advance low speed, and stop; speed setup, and display the coiling diameter, etc. Adopts the Japan OMRON coder to inspect the speed and length, clearly displayed through the GP37W2 touch screen. Input the number directly through the GP37W2.
8) Feeding instrument can be equipped on the same side or different. Unwind shaft is air shaft, brake control the unwind tension. Matched with the control box, with flat knives.
