Detailed Description
After three times of calefaction and two times of painting the surface layer of paint on the cement tile was good, the process of painting and calefaction are full automatic except for the tile’s enter and out. The paint supply system in this line is high-pressure non gas painting system (no constringent gas in the paint) which can avoid the threaten appear for the water and oil in the constringent gas. The high pressure at 100kg/cm can atomized the paint completely and the rate of using can reach at 80%. The high pressure non gas painting system has advantages as follows, high efficiency, good uniformity at painting the nook and recess on the tile, saving raw material and reduce air pollution. The calefaction system of the line using oil and gas as the fuel for the device which has big quantity of heat, temperature raised rapidly, low cost etc characteristics. The driving device for the belt conveyor and painting gun moving is stepless speed regulation, the material for the paint supply system are stainless steel and high pressure rubber hose, etc, it can be using for the paint automatic painting line also suitable for other panel product’s painting after adjust the parameters.
