This working principle of laser deposition welding system is based on the welding technology of high laser heat and focusing on fixed-point. It can effectively deal with the welding and repair work of all minor parts, and make up the shortcomings of traditional TIG welding technology in repairing fine surface, thus avoiding two thresholds: thermal strain and post-processing, and saving the cycle time of mold production. Scope of application: cold-working high-alloy steel, hot forging high-alloy steel, nickel-containing tool steel, high-grade steel, copper alloys, beryllium copper, high-toughness aluminum alloy and other metal materials. Through the touch control panel, you can select the laser output power, frequency, pulse width and other parameters, set the table movement speed, control the move of the working table around the front and rear bench. You can also set different waveforms according to welding materials so that the welding parameters match the requirements of welding, leading to smooth weld or solder joints, in order to achieve optimal welding results. Compared with arc welding and other welding methods, laser repair mold has the following advantages: 1. Laser welding spot diameter is only 0.2mm; 2. Optional 1064nm wavelength laser is not harmful to human; 3. Heat scope is small and will not appear deformation and gas pocket; 4. Processing materials include die steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper and precious metals, etc. 5. It can repair cracks, collapse angle, mold edge, and the worn sealing edge; 6. After Welding, grinding can be processed for smoothness; 7.
