Shantou Far East Light Industry and Chemical Industry Equipment Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer specialized in making large-sized plastic machinery and complete sets of packaging equipment, and possessed of a high-tech industrial base with the integration of scientific research and production, also is the earliest factory which manufacture plastic woven fabric machines in China.
Founded in 1981, our company has possessed floor space of one hundred thousand square meters, over three hundred and ninety employees (over fifty R&D technicians among them), and scores of over 200 sets advanced CNC machining centre and high precision processing equipments.
Our company supplies a wide range of products in four categories: complete equipment for plastic woven packaging industry, film / paper processing lines, film production lines, and equipment for environmental protection and energy saving.
Complete Equipment for Plastic Woven Packaging Industry: such as tape stretching machines, plastic extrusion coating and lamination machines, printing and tubing machines, flexographic printing machines and extra-width extrusion coating machines for woven tarpaulin. Due to our development and innovation in thirty years, the automation of equipment has been improved continuously. Many models of equipment are the first ones nationwide. Up to now, we have about one thousand customers and thousands of machines running.
Film / Paper Processing Lines: such as coating machines, lamination machines, paper-cup paper coating machines. These machines are mainly applied in high-end packaging industries such as soft packaging industry, tobacco packaging industry, printing industry, electronic products industry and self-adhesive label paper (Sticker Tape), with over twenty patented technologies. Among our customers for coating machines, high-end users are more than eighty percent nowadays.
Film Production Lines: such as BOPP / BOPET film production lines and three-layer co-extrusion blown film lines for heavy-duty packing bags. Up to now, we have already supplied many plants of lines in China. We have the design and manufacture capacity for the whole plants of BOPP film lines and BOPET film lines.
Equipment for Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: such as RTO thermal oxidation, energy saving and environmental protection equipment, which is used for thermal oxidation and heat recovery of Volatile organic waste gas emitted from the coaters or printers. The equipment is characterized by energy saving, efficiency improvement, emission reduction and environmental protection, and has already been purchased and applied by many customers.
