Detailed Description
Eccentric bearings are a very important part of the cycloid reducer inside. It includes outer, inner ring, rolling body basket, rolling body, its features are: The inner hole of the inner eccentric hole, in the eccentric hole on the inside wall has a longitudinal keyway. The eccentric bearing structure is simple, easy to use, do not need to achieve eccentric shaft, enabling eccentric mechanism greatly simplified, while eccentric body machining provincial workers, save time, assemble easily, reducing the manufacturing costs of the eccentric body.  The utility model relates to an eccentric bearing which is composed of a movable check ring, a static check ring, a movable spacer ring, a static spacer ring and steel balls. The movable check ring and the static check ring are two flat-face circular rings which are respectively provided with three or more than three mutually corresponding circular holes. Each component is successively assembled together according to the order of the movable spacer ring, the movable check ring, the steel ball group, the static check ring and the static spacer ring. Wherein, each steel ball is placed between two circular holes corresponding to the movable and static check ring; the movable spacer ring and the static spacer ring are respectively buckled on one group of steel balls in the circular hole of the movable and static check ring; a tapered bevel is provided with on both the opposite flat surfaces of the static check ring and the movable check ring, and the connecting position of each circular hole, and the cone angle of the bevel is between 60 degrees and 120 degrees. The opposite end faces of the static and movable spacer rings are both contacted with the steel balls as ball races, meanwhile, when eccentric motion is generated from the bearing, and the utility model not only can bear radial eccentric load but also can bear axial load.
