DongHui Roller provides and repairs all kinds of rollers. For example, anilox roller, embossing roller, mirror roller, Comma Scraper, heating roller, cooling roller, woolen paper roller, rubber roller, ink proofer, knurling tool, chrome roller, teflon roller, ceramic roller, stainless steel roller etc. According to customer needs, we provide the feasibility analysis and system proposal. We can offer the roller which max diameter is 1 metre and max length is 10 metres.
At the same time, we provides turning, grinding, dynamic and static balancing for the surrounding enterprise.
DongHui’s rollers are widely used in many fileds: printing, packaging, textiles, paper, building materials, plastics, leatheroid, cigarette case packing, wallpaper, aluminum foil, glass, piece goods, metal materials and others.
The raw material for the roller is imported or domestic made alloy steel. The flow structure of the roller is designed single-layer, multi-layer screw, Z and other interrior structure. These structures can used for water cooling, oil heat conducting and electricity heat conducting. You will find our roller’s temperature uniform with little error. The surface of the roller is processed and tested by the modern machines which ensure the excellent quality.
