Summary This machine can transfer the pictures into such kind of cloth as cotton, fiber, chemical fiber and other such things. It can also do the heating such as to print the silk and web, rubber paste and foam. Furthermore, it can copy the colored pictures, photos, and sight patterns to the porcelain plate and other metal plates. This machine can produce more pressure and the heating plate can be moved by about 90 degrees because of the special designing, which makes us more comfortable and safer to operate. It is especially great for making common xylopyrography, American xylopyrography, singlet and others products, economically and practically. Features Using the Microsoft intelligent temperature controller, time integration control device, therefore the accuracy is ensured, and it has the function of adjust the temperature manually.(The accuracy can be as good as +_0.5 °C.) The heating rope and the heating plate stay together, which is very safe, long in using and equally heated. The heating plate uses the special super rope technology, therefore the equality and the stableness of heating can be easily ensured. Using the electric timing way and the finishing of the work can be hinted by the warning device. Spinning pressure designing is used so that we can adjust the working pressure easily. The bottom device uses the foaming plate, which means under 350 degrees temperature, it won't change. Technical parameters voltage:110/220V Power:1800-2000W Temperature range:0-400.C Duration control:0-200Sec Hot stamping area:38*38cm/40*50cm/40*60cm Operation 1 Firstly, connect the 220V plug, turn on the power, then the indicator begins to light. (The whole machine must have the stable protecting land line.) 2 Adjust thermostats to the needed temperature. (usually180-200.C) 3 Adjust the timer to the needed time.(usually 40-50 seconds.) Set the temperature: press the SET once, now the SV window becomes light. Pressing the +/_to set the temperature. When finishing, pressing the SET to return to the original interface. Set the time: press the ST once, now the SV window becomes light. Pressing the +/_to set the time. When finishing, pressing the ST to return to the original interface. 4 Put the cloth onto the plate, and then put the plate backing paper on it. Press the rod strongly to the point of equally well. (The pressure mustn't be more than 30KG, or the rod will destroy.) 5 When the time is up, the warning will ring; put the rod to the original place. 6 If it is the cold one, please use the eraser to wipe it. Wait for 10 minutes, then the paper can be easily torn. 7 If it is the hot one, please tear it quickly and immediately. Maintenance 1 Pressure: If the pressure is not good enough or it is too hard, use the adjusting rode, and clockwise means more pressure, otherwise less pressure. 2 Time: When the time is up, the warning doesn't work or ring forever, we should check whether the switch in the box at the end of the machine is all right, if not, please adjusting it to the right place. 3 Temperature: preheating for about 15 minutes. When the temperature reaches the right level, the heating indicator light turns off, we can begin our work. When the power is on, the plate doesn't heat, and then check the circuit. 4 When pressing the rod to the bottom, leave it alone for rising again. Adjust the screw nut at the heating plate, when finishing, if it is hard to raise the rod, please adjust the screw.
