Description of Product Application : Our scroll cutting line is suit for many kinds of metal cutting ,such as tinplate aluminum band ,silicon steel band ,cold rolled band ,galvanized steel band and copper ,it is an important equipment I in making iron tank and cover that reduce the loss of material .It can save production cost of 3%-8% Construction: It consists of full-automatic decoiler ,hydraulic charge hoist ,leveler ,roiler conveyor ,scroll plate shearing machine ,belt conveyor ,material receiving machine and electric control cabinet. Feature: AC servo drive system such as product of Siemrns or Schneider is adopted as electric control components,which gives the machine features such as accuracy of gauge, good shearing quality ,and high production efficiency.
