1. Character
GGJ series completely automatic power compensation capacitance cabinet can solve these problems, its traits are
(1) The coefficient of completely compensation is up to 99%.
(2) Saving 30% at most exhaustion of electricity(Electricity fees, diesel oil fees), it depends on the power factor of the system.
(3) Increasing the load rate of transformer
(4) The circuit of power transmission is not necessary to change, and it can adapt to other power supply unit. (Such as transformer, generation cabinet, automatic power source voltage stabilizer)
(5) Instant voltage change, supplying voltage compensation timely.
(6) The average value of power factor has reached the standard issured by national hydropower, so it doesn’t need to contribute the added value for idle work, and the electricity price can be declined.
(7) Using generator can decrease generating cost, because of the reduction of the reactive power flowing into generator, then the utilization of the generator is boosted, and the oil exhaustion of it can be relatively decreased.

Resulting from the reason that the capacitance compensating system should be connected to use with power supply unit, so the transmission circuit doesn’t need to be changed, the capacitance compensating system can be incorporated at any point of the charging line, the project is very simple.
The main components inside the compensating board are capacitor, reactor(CSR style), knife melt switch, fuse, contactor, controller, etc. CSR style reactive compensation can be designed according to customers ‘requirements, that is one model aggregates capacitor, reactor, fuse, contactor, the composition is compact and the layout is novel.
On the panel of the board, there are power factor diagram, ammeter, change-over switch etc. which is convenient for users to observe timely, shift manual/auto operating; On the top of the board, there is a fan for heat dissipation, controlled by temperature switch, and there is manual/automatic change-over switch on the panel.
The body of the board is made of excellent cold-rolled steel plate, smooth, treated with printing on the surface, corrosive; the inner structure uses galvanized steel plate, galvalume plates, to make sure good conductivity and corrosibility.
(9) Complete protective function: Short-circuit, overload, overpressure, underpressure, default phase etc. Each parameter is easy to set, it can exit automatically the function when outside has relative accidents, and it comes back to operate after electricity transmission.
