This ZPC-24 rotary bottle washing machine adopts SEN Corp of German technology, integrated with updated automation technology, continuous tracking and spraying way to wash bottle, with high efficiency of bottle washing. It is suitable for all kinds of bottle shapes, widely using range, easy operating maintenance .mainly used to wash glass bottle, PET bottle. It is suitable for wine factory, brewery of bottle rinsing before filling.
Description
1. The bottles are spaced by an inlet screw and carried, inside of the clutching bottles pincers, by a star wheel. The block “pincer-bottle” is upset at 180°, above the injection nozzle, by cam, then comes the injection of the chosen fluid or fluids.
2. adopt stretch powerful mechanical arm , grip bottle, turn over bottle, washing bottle, empty bottle turn-over and reset, bottle outlet and other processing, realizing automatically production.
3. continuously tracking way, rinsing bottle with high force. Long rinsing time, effectively washing, the whole machine is stable and reliable.
4. if washing machine is driven by mechanical arm, grasping bottle, to insert pipe into bottle mouth. After 2 seconds of the high-pressure water washing, then converted to a sterile compressed air jetting, dry the residual water, also drain the residual water, before washing bottle, the bottle nozzle automatically inserted in the bottle 110mm, ensure bottle inside out with no water.
5. Rinser mechanical arm adopt stamping, casting process, made of the international standard 304 stainless steel in the middle with straight tooth gear clamp way to clip bottle, turn-over bottle, put down bottle stably and freely, in result the equipment generates high-speed, high-quality, high efficiency . The slide rail, small gear idler wheel using high-quality POM (Korean made OPOM 25% enhanced) materials, wear resistant, practical, such material with purity guarantee, spare parts with long service life. Material won’t change from the temperature variation, lower deformation coefficient, under -20 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, small contract proportion, and can successfully meet the requirements of equipment operation.
6. Changing bottle just click up or down button, both the height of the equipment and the height of location of the robot could be equally adjusted after replace the star wheel for altering different size of bottles.
7. The body of the whole machine is mounted on adjustable feet for easy positioning and assembling even in difficult working area. In addition, assembling screw thread to adjust the height of the whole machine.

10. Piston lifting bottles with mechanical movement by cam and spring.

12. Electric micro switch stop the machine in case of problems on the star so as not break any bottles.
13. Electric photocell is posed in enter, in case of no arrival of bottles, the machine does not run.
14. Electric photocell is posed on the exit, in case of problem on the bottling plant the machine stop
15 Machine managed by PLC, realize all movement by touch screen.
