Detailed Description
This biomass gasification plant is suitable for drying agriculture byproducts like tobacco, walnut, pepper, tsaoko, etc.
Working theory: Using biomass as fuel, biomass gasification combined with direct combustion equipment produces high temperature gas, which will be sent to heat exchanger through to heat air. Then the hot air will be sent to drying chamber by smoke discharge fan to dry agricultural byproducts.
The circulating fan, moisture removing fan and other equipment are controlled by computer, which can control the temperature and moisture in curing barn automatically. So this set of equipment can reduce labor intensity, meet the curing craft of different agriculture byproducts easily and improve the quality of agriculture byproducts. The curing equipment use biomass material as main fuel, which can reduce cost remarkably, shorten the processing time. Compared to using coal as curing fuel, the biomass curing can reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide. Biomass direct combustion and gasification can be applied to curing of different agriculture byproducts, such as tobacco, walnut, pepper, tsaoko, illicium verum, panax notoginseng and so on.
