CM 100 CO2 LASER MARKING MACHINE CM 100 CO2 Laser marking machine it ‘s equipped with original laser machine imported from America and the laser is discharged steadily so it’s seldom fall off and its life is aslong as 45,000 hours. Its disposable investment is high but the cost for use and maintaining is very low. Other manufacturers adopt domestic CO2 glass tube which has to be changed every 1-3 months. CO2 gas will leak so even if it’s not used it had to be discarded after one year. It will often fall off and the cost for use is high.  Principles:  CO2 laser marking machine is a gas laser machine whose frequency band wave length of infrared light is 10.64um. CO2 gas is filled in the discharge tube as the medium to produce laser. When high voltage is added to the electrode, it will produce glow discharge in the discharge tube and then the gas molecule will discharge laser. After the energy of laser is strengthened, it will form the laser beams to process the materials. Computer-controlled resonance mirror can change the path of the laser beams so that automatic marking can be accomplished.  Performance:   With high speed scanning resonance mirror to get high precision and high speed, the software controlling system has the interface of WINDOWS and comprises files output by software such as CorelDraw, AutoCAD and Photoshop. It can support graphic file formats such as PLT, PCX, DXF, and BMP, etc. and use fonts such as SHX, TTF directly. It also can mark automatic code, sequence number, batch number, date, bar code and two-dimensional code.
