China Zhejiang Taizhou Huangyan Chonghua Mould Factory is specialized in manufacture of various kinds of large and medium-sized moulds and plastic products for more than twenty years. Mainly be engaged in plastic injection moulds of househoild, commodity mould, car interior part, instrument panel, door, bumper, other parts of automobile and motorbike, whole set of aircondition, refrigeratory, dynamoelectric bicycle, daily necessity mould etc. It has establish business relation with many well-known enterprises like the first, the second, SGM, Hafei auto, LG, Chunlan etc. and also with many foreign comapanies.
Our company is equipped with advanced producing equipments, inspection facilities and trained professional employees. There are totally 150 employees encluding 35 college technicians and 40 technicians with more than 10 years mould-making experience. With the management principle of make people the center, win victory with the quality and the highly emphasize on the importance of advanced and new technology for the development and application of moulds, we early adopt advanced technique of CAD/CAM/CAE, and summarized a paticular experience and method. Meanwhile, we have four Taiwan machining centers, 2 CNC milling machines, 8 CNC wire EDM machines, 6 electric pulse machines, one Hongkong assembling machine etc. 8 sets CAD/CAM work station, injection machines with the type of 400g, 1500g, 3800g, 12000g, so that we have ability to design and produce plastic products for customers. With the advanced equipment and rich experience, we are able to develop and make precise mould with large size, complexity, deep cavity, thin wall etc. especially moulds of bumper, door, and other automobile parts. Our company receive well reputation from home and abroad because of our high difficulty , short prodution circle, reasonable price, intime delivery, and thoughtful service.
