The motor-core dies have advantages of a long life when regrind once, a long general tooling life and easy maintenance:
1. The die is three-plate style: uses high precision standard ball bearing inside and outside guide pin to locate; guarantees the parallel grade & vertical grade of the three-plate.
2. The die has a miss-feed alarm which protects the dies and the press well.
3. For the blades of the dies, the company use good material from FUJITSU; for the die plate, the company use good material imported from Japan; all the standard parts are bought from MISUMI, PUNCH; the company has the quality certificate for all the material and standard parts.
4. The company uses CAD and Proe to send the data directly to the CNC and wire-cutting machine to guarantee the precision grade.
