Anvil Rollers from Rotary Technology utilize high quality tool steel imported from Europe, fully hardened to 60 - 62 Rockwell. Then precisely grinded to designed body diameter. The Anvil Roller's consistent body diameter and concentricity are very critical to ensure rotary diecut tools achieving expected excellent diecut results. Applications Available for all commonly used rotary printing press, including letterpress, flexo, rotary offset, and combination printing press. Anvil Rollers can also be designed and made to suit various types of rotary converting machines. Technical Specifications - Utilize the best available high quality tool steel imported from Europe, vacuum heat treated to hardness of 60 - 62 Rockwell. - Concentricity / Roundness is guaranteed to be controlled within 3 micron range across all cylinders, including Shaft, Bearer and Body, to ensure long term rotational accuracy. - Each Anvil Roller is supplied with a Gear, precisely to be turn and cut to OEM specifications. All Gears are treated with anti-rust blackening process. Unique Features: For certain rotary diecut unit designed with two dies set, Support Roller and Anvil Roller are combined together, to function as both "Anvil"against diecut and "Support" the top Die Cutter. We can either comply with OEM specifications and make such Anvil Rollers accordingly, or if you are not sure, please check with our experienced engineers for the most appropriate design of the Anvil Rollers, to achieve reliability, durability and also economy.
