Performance • HTO-conventional ； HTB- Bellows • size ： 1" D 2"- 8" T 10" • flange class ： 150 lb -2500 lb • temperature ： -196-+ 538 ° C • Features Feature • The solid nozzle screws into the body, which makes maintenance convenient. • The elaborate design for the figuration and dimension of the disc holder and ring makes the valve suddenly surge to 100% lift at low overpressure. • Blowdown can be easily adjusted by revolving the ring only. • Appropriate materials of relative parts and adequate clearance between disc holder and guide make disc lift flexibly. • Sealing and pressed faces of the disc and nozzle are deposited with Stellite. Low leakage and long service life can be acquired by polishing the deposited faces carefully. • Bellows can not only avoid the effect of variable back pressure, but also protect spring and other components from corrosive media. • Unique process method of spring and bellows are tested and checked strictly.
