Detailed Description
SHF series high temperature furnaces for laboratory are perfectly designed, which congregate many patents and are very safe, reliable, and practical.
1. Used for the material sintering in high temperature and pressure condition.
2. Consist of heating elements, chamber, high-pressure housing, temperature measurement and control system, cooling system, pressure furnace door, all kinds of pipes, valve, and Sigma data management software.
3. Designed working pressure: 2-10MPa. Maximum working temperature: 1000-1600℃
4. Working environment is oxidizing atmosphere, oxygen, N2 and inert gas.
5. Adopting pressure furnace door system, it’s easy to operate and safe.
6. Double security alarm system, over-temperature alarm, and alarm function once there’s water failure, power failure, phase missing, thermocouple damage.
7. Provide RS-485 communication port and Sigma data management software, which can record the history data and the temperature rising curve, correct the temperature deviated error, and manage multi-equipments and remote failure analysis.
8. PID parameter automatically set, 30-segment automatically heating up programs.
9. Multiple safety protective design. It’s very safe and durable.
