Automatic vacuum material feeding blower will send the material into the hopper automatically that already set up from the PLC control screen. The alarm system of the hopper will give sense when the material is not enough for filling; the feeding blower can be started again once choose the feeding mode from the control screen. Automatic material exchanging system can be started by choosing the material exchanging model from the control screen when necessary. All electricity key parts are adopted by the Siemens and ABB brand. There are 2 different control function options in the control system that adjustable filling time and the filling time controlled by foot switch according to different productions. Dust and extra material vacuum collection system. A scale is assembled to the operation table that required by customer’s requirement, which will give sense to the PLC system to re-adjust the filling time automatically. Totally closed design to keep the entire producing environment clean.
