TL-106A Powder Filling Machine on tubular heater/heating element is used to fill the tubes with MgO, It is applicable to long tubes.
Functions:
1. PLC controlled automatically, human-computer interface and control the oscillation frequency by electron speed regulator.
2. It adopts double guide tubes structure which has solved the problem that the long tube could not guarantee the center degree.
3. It adopts self-locking screw nozzle and measuring cup device which assure that almost zero MgO loss.
4. Vibrator guarantee the powder density and the density could be above 2.20g/cm3.
5. The guide tube moving speed controlled by frequency control.
6. Big and small powder box design. Electronic adjusting the exerted length of terminal pin.
7. Indicate how to clear fault automatically.
8. 12,18,24,36 and 48 position machines are available to suit customer’s production requirements.
