WRJ series of wound rotor type motor motor brownout machine ■ General Intelligent power-saver for WRJ series of wound rotor type motor is a new generation energy-saving product specially designed for energy-saving and consumption reduction of the wire winding motor by this company with the modern high-tech microcomputer control technology and silicon control technology, which integrates the excellent performances of the liquid starter. It can automatically Trace and monitor the load conditions of the motor through the private optimized power-saving software built in the chip of the computer to automatically adjust the input power of the motor in real-time so as to realize the optimal matching with the load, in this way, the motor will be always in the economic operation state and it will have the very obvious energy-saving effect. Especially for the wire winding motor with light load and variable load, the power-saving rate can reach up to 60%. At present, it has been widely used in the 30~300KW wire winding three-phase asynchronous motors of the light load and variable load in the cement, petroleum, chemical industry and metallurgical industry and so on. At the same time, WRJ wound rotor type motor power-saver has the optimal soft starting function of the wire winding motor. Since the starting current is small, it has no impact on the power network and the mechanical equipment, which eliminates the thermal stress impact on the motor caused by the large starting current, prolong the service life of the motor; furthermore, it greatly reduces the maintenance of the mechanical equipment such as the speed reduction unit. It has the excellent starting performance that the traditional starters such as automatic voltage regulator, reactor, y-△ starter do not have. ■ Performance and characteristics 1. Soft starting: small starting current, compared with the frequency sensitive rheostat the starting current is smaller, in common case, the starting current is less than 1.3 times of the rated current, effectively reducing the temperature rise of the motor and prolonging the service life of the motor. 2. Smooth starting, which overcomes the switching-in impact of the frequency sensitive rheostat ,without impact on the mechanical equipment, overcoming the problems that other starters cannot be started continuously for times. 3. It can be stared under the low voltage. It can be started smoothly when the voltage of the motor is 340V. settling the problems that it cannot be started in other starting modes under the low voltage. 4. Remarkable power-saving effect: commonly, the no-load power-saving rate of the motor is 60% or so and the comprehensive power-saving rate is about 10%~18% depending on the different application objects; at the same time, it can improve the power factor and reduce the line loss and copper loss of the transformer. 5. Reliable automatic protection function: it can protect the failure of open-phase within 2seconds and protect the overload default of the motor within 5~40 seconds (the time can be adjusted), the performance is far superior to the protection of the thermal relay; 6. It adopts the micro-computer control technology, the operation is stable and the reliability is high. In case that the motor meets with the open phase or overload, it can realize the default positioning and output the default control signal for convenient maintenance; 7.
