.HZS series concrete batching plant is a full automation complete equipment with high precise microcomputer control system as well as single manual control, besides, the machine is equipped with matching memory difference auto compensation and printing system, and so it can complete preconcreted production automatically.
The main machine is JS series double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer , mixing best , efficiency highest.
Using the PL series concrete batching machine , it is designed according to the customer’s demands , Adopt electronic scale to measure the aggregate powder liquid material with high precision.
With the imported components, the electrical control system has many advantages, such as reliable performanceeasy to operate and so on.
Cement ,water ,and other additive are all used the electric scale measuring
The water supplying system uses the water pump ,and make the stream
large and corrected, insufflating equally
Add the aggregate with the belt conveyor, it has long life ,high efficiency work.
With modular organization, it is easy to be installed and moved.
The batching system
The PL series concrete batching machine made up of machinery and electric . the main machinery parts includes storing hopper, measuring scale and so on. The measuring scale were connected by the sensor and the machine shelf.
When the batching machine works , first the hopper door will open , once the gravel reaches the enactment quantity, the door will close , during the gravel measuring , if the gravel can’t deliver well, we can press the grave pulsator button,
Then it can works ,if loosen the button,it will stop working .
the lifting systemThis delivery system adopts the lifting hopper or belt feeding mode, the lifting hopper mode is made up of the hopper, track, windlass, switch ,etc.
There are up and down machinery limited place and the double electric devices , so it can prevent the lifting hopper clash to the top , this lifting system best advantage is occupying area little, saving the ground resource, especially suits for the large city or the parochial place to use it ,
mixing system
The mixing plant mains machine is the JS series double horizontal forced mixing machine, it can be used for the construction project departments to mix all kinds of concrete ,and the gravel, it has the below functions
Reasonable struction , good mixing quality, short time , low noise. Etc.
electric controlled system The implement controlled lines are with air valve , melt break implement, hot relay, it has the short circuit ,overload, protecting functions
The power supply is 380v 3 phase 4 wire , the volt error is ±10%, or it will be forbidden , if the customer has their own generating power supply , capacity should be ≥50kVA , there are two switches , they have the overload protecting functions. The motor’s surface temperature is ≤600 , isolation ≥10MΩ.
Measuring system
There are sets of electric scales in this plant, the working principle is the same, (as the picture shows), they all use the measuring hopper to auto-measure it.the aggregate measuring accuracy is ±2%，cement ,coal ash measuring accuracy is ±1% , water measuring accuracy is ±1% ,additive measuring accuracy is ±1%

cement hopper and the spiral conveyer system
The cement hopper has six types ,50ton , 100ton, 150ton, 200ton, 250ton, 300ton . it is made up of hopper , leg , input tube ,butterfly valve, removing dust equipments,and the ladder etc.
The 50ton ,100ton hopper outside diameter is below 3.1 meters , so it is easy to transport ,other big capacity powder hopper can be made in location
The powder hopper is used to store the cement and the coal ash, it can be fixed on he top of the main plant or the side of the mixing plant
The spiral conveyer has two types , cement one or coal ash one. It can be used to deliver the cement and the coal ash to their suitable measuring hopper.
