Kunding Sand Washing Machine are mainly used in building site, quarry, oil well, glass manufacture, hydro project,etc. Kungding XSD series are produced based on the specific cases of sand-making industry and the advanced technology both at home and abroad. This sand washing machine can clean and separate the dust and powder from the sand efficiently. Compared with the ordinary sand washing machine, XSD series malfunctioned much less. Operating principle Having been slowed up by the decelerator, the impeller rotates slowly with the motor. The sand and stone fed into the feeding tank flow into the launder, then roll together with the impeller and grind with each other to get rid of the dust and powder. Water is being added at the same time and the strong water flow washes impurities and light particles in the lauder away . After this process , the clean sand and stone are lift up by blades of the impeller. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the washed sand and stone falls to the discharge chute from the rotary impeller.
