Detailed Description
The line includes single-screw extruder, vacuum automatic charge unit, drying hopper, mould, three-roll calendar, heating calibrated unit, Cooling stacker, Edge-trimming unit, hauling-off unit, cutting unit, unloading unit and so on. Compact structure, perfect performance. The special screw and barrel, designed optimizationally, made of 38CrMoAiA, give the complete line many advantages of average plasticizing, steady extruding output, high yield, long live, etc. The barrel of extruder adopts cast Aluminum heater, cooling fan, and temperature electric-controlling meter. The good finished boards are molded by precision calendar unit with nice adjusting function. The fixed-length cutting unit makes sure accuracy of length of finished board.
Plastic Construction template is new replacement of steel and bamboo-wood ones, its advantages: low cost, little weight, recyclable, re-use for more than 30 times and so on, not only possess the features of wood, but also recycling to save forest resource.

Profit analysis:
Take an example of only one line in China, produce 600 cubic meter per day, RMB 10 per cubic meter, net profit RMB 6000 per day ( except all cost). You can calculate total profit of all year.
Production process:
Comparing with the bamboo and steel template, the plastic products are more durable, cheaper, and better-performance. In China, the consumption of this kind template per cubic meter is RMB 3, but other products are RMB6-8. The templates are pop in Peking, ShanHai, and Jiansu Province and so on, and enjoy good reputation.
