Application:
Rotary dryer is used for drying materials in industries like cement, mine, building materials, chemistry, food and fertilizer, etc. This rotary drying machine comes with thermocouples on the feeding and discharging device to control the temperature. Thermometers are also adopted so as to better control the working temperature (generally DC 350-380) of the rotary dryer.
Components:
Rotary dryer mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment.) Rotary dryer manufactured by us adopting new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and matrial raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary dyer is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.
Working principle:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary dryer, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the minral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result f gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

2.Three-Drum Dryer
Application:
LY three-drum rotary dryer is widely used in drying granule material in fixed moisture range, such as yellow ground in dry mortar industry, all kinds of molding sand in casting industry and blast furnace salg in building material/cement industry. Samll size clay, high temperature resistance and not have strict control to smoke. According to different moisture requirement for dried material in various industry, finished product water content be able to below 1-0.5%.
