Yalong YL-501-Z14 Household Electrical Appliance Audio & Video Trainer integrates several models of color TV,B/W TV (PC 3-chip,Toshiba 2-chip,dual in-line) double-card, double-channel recorder & reproducer, VCD,DVD, FM-AM radio, Dolby decoder power amplifier. The whole system is made of hand-on training components, training table and various training units, which different schools can choose according to their needs. On color TV training PCB, an intelligent faults setting and testing system is added. The faults are placed by teacher's computer according to the requirement of the test, and will be transferred to student's training unit, Student give answers to questions by single-chip answering device or computer .It is widely used in various technical & vocational schools, professional skills training & appraisal centers of household electric appliance maintenance, colleges and polytechnics. The circuit diagrams, with test and adjusting points, wholly is divided into 3 big arts and 3 small parts according to functions with reasonable arrangement and convenient connection. A set of hidden testing points are under panel, besides one set on the panel of color TV,I/O interface, remote control circuit adopts M50436-560P IC, adopts TA7680AP IC for audio signals processing. adopts TA7698AP IC for color decoding, Y amplifying frame oscillation, The structure is clear, manual adjustment id available in tuning circuit. Sony CXA1191M chi is used in AM/FM Radio, easy and reliable.
