Wuhan Jiacheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a state high-tech enterprise approved by relevant state departments, a member of China Food Additives Production and Application Industry Association, a member of China Brewing Industry Association, an executive council member unit of Food Industry Association of Wuhan City and an executive council member unit of Brewing Industry Association of Hubei Province.
Our company is mainly engaged in development, research, production and sales of biological products applied to the fields of food, meat products, seasoning,drink, brewing, medicine and so on.

For food, meat products (monascus type): Red Kojic Rice, Monascus Pigment Powder, Functional Monascus;
For condiments as soy, soy products type: Red Kojic Rice, Fermentation Monascus, Glycos-esterifiable Monascus.
For brewing: Multi-sweetening Extract, Special Purifier for Liquors, Multi-clarifying Purificant, Concentrated Caproic Acid Bacteria Liquid, Esterifiable Enzyme (Esterifiable Monascus);
Our company established many research and experiment laboratories in cooperation with several research institutes and universities such as Research Institute of Biology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Research Institute of Micro-Biology, Life Science College of Wuhan University, Food College of Huazhong Agricultural University and Wuxi Light Industry University. In 2001, the company and Wuhan Industry College jointly completed the “Technical Research of Monascus Pigments”, the key research project of the state 9th five-year plan (Science and Technology Ministry Project No. 99-022-02-03 ) . The project has been evaluated and accepted by the Science and Technology Bureau of Hubei Province and the results of which reached the domestic leading level. More than 60% personnel of the company are professional technicians, the perfect test equipment and technology as well as rich specialty experiences of the technicians ensure hundred per cent qualification of Jiacheng products.
