ZP17A, ZP17D Rotary Tablet Press Machine is used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It presses various granular raw materials into normal circular tablets or abnormal tablets.
The machine is a single-press automatic rotating continuous tablet press machine. The outside casing of the machine is fully enclosed with stainless steel, and it conforms to the GMP standard. It has transparent windows so that the press condition can be observed clearly and the sideboard can be opened fully so that it is easy to clean and maintain the inside part. With great pressure, the machine can press normal and special-shaped circular tablet of different kinds. So the machine is more suitable for great varieties and small-batch production. The machine reaches electromechanical integration. With all the controllers and adjusting devices assembled at one side of the machine, it is easy to operate. An overload protection unit is included in the machine to avoid the damage. When pressure is overloaded, the machine stops automatically. With the drive components infiltrated in the lubrication oil and enclosed at the bottom of the machine, the operation life is prolonged and the cross contamination is avoided.
