【Introduction】：
Developed by Torch Technology, multifunctional, high accuracy, economical.
Mounter TP39 is made up of five parts:
1.Mounting System
2.PCB alignment platform
3.Smooth guidance control system
4.Silent vacuum pump
5.Chips feeder
TP39 is designed specially for small and middle-sized manufactures and institutes. Various nozzles can be fixed on the machine and all kinds of chips can be picked and placed, for example diode, dynatron, SOT, SOP, PLCC, QFP, chip resistance, chip capacitor and others. Vacuum pump inside.
Operation process:
24 types of chips can be hold by the disc feeder. 15 types of chips can be laid on the Belt feeder at most. First, lay all the chips on the feeder according to the actual production demand. Then turn on the power and move the pick and place head to the top of the chips. The chip will be picked by the nozzle automatically. After that, move the head to the right pad on the PCB. Rotate the head and finish the alignment. Then simply press the mounting head down and step on the foot switch at the to end the mount of the chip.

X, Y axis are supplied with exact mechanical alignment platform, which makes the alignment of fine pitch chips more precise and simple.
【Remark】：
Specifications:
Mechanical four-dimensional degree of freedom: X, Y axis have precision machine which can achieve the fine tuning in the directions of X and Y axis. Z axis can be freely adjusted. At the same time the angle θ can be freely rotated.
1.Mounter TP39 has a 4D mechanical degree of freedom. Provided with high accuracy guide tracks for X, Y axis. Mounting Head can be exactly moved vertically and horizontally. Max. Distance for X axis: 540mm; Y axis 375mm.
2.Z axis is provided with high accuracy guide tracks and sealed bearings. The mounting head can move up and down smoothly so that a high accuracy can be ensured during picking and placing. Distance for Z axis: 60mm.
3.Rotatable pick and place head. Angle θ has a free rotation of 360°.
