Detailed Description
We serve model 40t and 60t Plate Loading Tester with the umbrella shaped reaction frame of loading basically.(rectangle frame can be supplied for special purpose )
The reaction frame of loading consists of eight adjusting rods, eight beams, sixteen reaction anchors which are all connected together through by connectors.
The reaction anchor is 1300mm long, single leaf and the leaf diameter is from 300 to 350 mm . If the anchor is not deep enough into the earth extra extension rods can be added. Each rod is 1m long.
All the loading plates are made of steel. Standard size : 5000cm 2, 2500cm , 1000cm 2. For complex field , 1m × 1m , 1.2m × 0.8m are optional.
Either a automatic recording apparatus or a manual one can be chosen for data acquisition. The automatic recording apparatus collects data faster but costs more.
The Plate Loading Tester with compacted construction, easy operation can serve you reliable results and too much convenience.
