Based on the standard of ASTM3574, the measurement of hydroscopicity is the main foundation during the process of measuring EVA or sponge’s density, thus density is exceptionally important to all the sponge materials.
Density is also a main factor that can influence the durability and backup ability of foam materials. Generally, high density of polymer and good foam will preserve its original physical appearance and can supply amenity and durability.
The research and manufacture of such measuring tool will improve factories’ producing efficiency and reduce unnecessary waste.
Bulk Density：For any irregular shape of the shoe, foam, EVA material Samples, the measuring of bulk density have to be extracted with a vacuum machine to saturate water from sample then the bulk density can be directly showed on the display
