A clean, low pressure, high volume gas source are fitted to the heads of the purge air system. The gas can pass through the outermost optical surfaces of each sensing head, to prevent particulate from building up on them. Besides, due to the fact of high sensitive of KSP-I-1000D and the high stain resistance of mirror, the maintenance times are reduced a lot, and extend the maintenance intervals.
