Detailed Description
Introduction and Features 1. This machine is first-class common pulverizer of latest international design, which adopts the turbo structure .It has the function of automatic cooling and with the usual heating problems resolved while working with high crushing efficiency .The fineness of material that is crushed by machine reaches 60-120mesh. 2. In the course of traditional knock and crushing ,the difficulty yet to overcome is that the materials produce the phenomenon of heating or denaturalization .However this machine adopts high-speed rotary motion of turbo type and also produces strong a airstreams in crushing chamber. 3. The material is attracted to the crushing chamber from conveying entrance under the negative pressure,which is stroked by strong airstreams ,the strong airstreams produces the turbo shock between vane and module .After materials are stroked ,cut and ground,it will take away energy from crushing chamber so the energy can’t be focused and rising temperature,the powder flows out from sieve net,the machine improves production efficiency ,the crushing fineness being adjustable automatically by the mesh of sieve net so that the fineness becomes more average and stable.
