Integrating designing and manufacturing experience of many years with variety of requests for label packaging of all industries, from mechanical structure, circuit layout ,intelligent control to production improvement,we have developed a wholly new series products of label shrinking machine and label affixing machine in accordance with GMP. The designing department of our company has constantly devoted to developing and already succeeded in adoptiing the advanced AC actuating motor with high speed and adequate stability, which makes the affixing label speed reach 1200 times per minute, the shrinking label speed of single-end 480 bottles per minute(standardized bottle is 500-600 ml, height in 100 mm) and of double-end 600 bottles per minute(standardized bottle is 500-600 ml, height in 100 mm), without any miss, able to remain stable under the demands of high quality, productivity and exactitude. Once starting the machine, the Microcomputer control system and humanized operation connector will have all the calculation and preparation of the label packaging ready, making it affix or shrink perfect products by just pressing a start-key.
