LBXH1950PⅦ Vertical Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line Specification Product category : Insulating Glass Production Line    Features: 1. This production line is under PLC control. The Rinsing Station, Assembly Station and Pressing Robot adopts digital input control system, which contributes to the easy and humane automatic operation. 2. This production line adopts touch screen with human-machine interface, and it is free and easy to switch between manual and automatic modes. It has the oneoperation display function and shows accurately the equipments’ working condition and possible malfunction, which bring much convenience to servicing and maintenance. 3 It can automatically identify the film layer of both the coated glass from low-e glass. 4 The main structure of Rinsing Station is of bending and welding fabrication of industrial stainless steel plates. 5 The Rinsing Station adopts intermittent operation energy-conservation mode which can rinse coated and LOW-E glass. The brushes automatically segregate during rinsing coated or Low-E glass. It can alarm automatically and stop conveying if the film layer is not in conformity with the settings. 6 The rinsing sector adopts oil-free water-resistant bearings which eliminates the possibility of the oil molecular floating in air during the glass past the high pressure wind drying zone and avoids water-borne stains. 7 The spraying system with original design can adjust the spraying angle freely. It is easy and convenient to maintain and servicing. The water tank of Rinsing Station is equipped with water-heat system which is recommended to be put in use under 7ºC. 8 The blower draws air from outside and the air circulates inside which ensure the cleanness of air. It is optimally designed to retain high wind pressure with low power of 11KW. The air volume and pressure makes sure of the total dryness of glass. It has wind-heating system which is recommended to put in use under 7ºC. 9  Water spraying and drying zone adopts roller conveying system which avoids the scratches and crushing stains on surface of coated or LOW-E glass, which precludes the breaking-off of the film layer. 10 Conveying lagging board is polycarbonate-coated on both sides of high intensity, which is rot-resistant and even. 11 Back support wheels is made of polycarbonate with nylon core which doesn’t fray or scratch when proceeding with high speed or at a sudden stop on the glass surface. The outer circle of the back support wheels can be replaced when it is frayed. 12 The bottom roll wheel is made of polyurethane whose cores adopts threaded connection which could make sure of no disengagement. If one side of bottom roll wheel frays, it could be reversed and work again. 13 Pressing robot has central positioning system which can press the glass evenly and equally in the middle part of Pressing station. Hence the press quality will be secured without being affected by the size of the glass. And its working life is thus twice as long as the ordinary one.
