DSN union mainly deal with product design,model producing, manufacture and import&export trade, focusing on making kinds of car decorations and bicycle accessories,gift, outdoor products,lighting and so on under standard workshops, complete equipments and excellent technicians, with their new style, excellent productivity.
As of 2009, the DSN union has established a total of 3 trading companies, 8 manufacturing plants, and 1 design centers in China. Consistent with DSN 's position as a famous manufactory, the DSN union employs over 500 people in China. In addition, DSN boasts a 800-strong sales network which last year accounted for a global turnover of 100 million USD.
DSN union has also been acting as the role of intermediate bridging the gap between the China domestic companies and the western companies in terms of offering global market research, survey and analyst by the capabilities of our domestic media channels and international partners, aims to assist companies in both world achieving their same target.
Guided by the designing strategy of CEO Yu Rugeny, DSN union has advanced through the 'designing,' 'diversification,' and 'internationalization' stages, and since 2005 ,DSN has enjoyed a growing profit by designing over the past 25 years. As of June 2009, the company has been awarded 133 patents, with 1996 for DSN design team inventions. In 2007 alone Haier obtained 52 patents; 12 were invention patents.DSN has participated in the institution and modification of five international standards, as well as 12 national and 25 industry standards, with three international standards set to launch in the near future.
Haier management models such as "OEC" and "Integration of Individuals and Goals" have been case studies at Harvard Business School, the University of Southern California; IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland; INSEAD in France, and Kobe University.
