Detailed Description
To meet the market demand, this machine is developed by taking references to the principle of the similar machines from Europe, fills in a gap in the fields of domestic industry. It is suitable for the die cutting of cotton pads with rotundity and ellipse. Multi working procedures in one machine with high capacity, multi cavities in one cut mould (if work time as 100time/min, 3 cavities in one cut mould, and the capacity can arrive 300 pieces/min). Automatic count, directly pack, high efficiency, and worker use less. The cotton pad externality size is steady and shapely, the quality is very good.
Main Features:
a.Adopt high-speed revolving punch working principle, mature technic, steady work and little maintenance workload.
b.Output type: out put by track array, stack trimly, pouch conveniently, only one worker needed to operate the machine, manual work is greatly reduced.
c.With nicer touch screen, it can display real-time working information, convenient for monitoring production.
d. Convenient to change model, the cost is much lower than rolling-cut carve cutter axes, and model is repaired easily after wearing, do not need to discard and change it, maintenance costs is saved.
