1. General Information about the Machine Redpeak has developed this heat sealing machine to meet the market demands, especially to the small-batch production customers. It is adequate for packaging of toys, stationeries, articles for daily use, makeup, and industrial products, especially for high-end medical packaging. Sealing capability is steady, and sealing power is even. PLC controlled, PID mould temperature controlled, adjusting parameter through touch-screen, and pressurizing by special gas bag. 2. Main Features and Functions a) Controlled by PLC, operated by touch-screen, easy to operate, and store several groups of data. b) Adopt pneumatic pressurizing, high pressure with small volume, reliable to use. c) Distinct layout way of sealing mould heating pipe makes the whole broad temperature even, and the temperature difference is less than 7℃. d) The whole frame is made up of stainless steel, which reduces the deformation of the machine after the long-term using. e) The mould structure is ingenious, drawer type installation, easy to change, and it costs less than 20min to change the mould. f) Lower mould do not need cushion for the whole broad, easy to process. g) Sealing pressure can be adjusted by touch-screen, so fluctuation of pressure is reduced, and make sure the stability of pressure. h) Waste gas elimination is via special filter tap, and air pollution is reduced. 3.
