Detailed Description
Internal reverse cleaning mechanism design is applied to maintain continuous filtering of the filtering system, unaffected when operating reverse cleaning, and regularly keeps the mesh in the best filtering condition.
In the filtering system of a multiple tube type, a backup mesh is installed for sharing the filtering work under normal conditions. When the reverse cleaning function is started, it will proceed to the main task - cleaning the mesh. The procedure of reverse cleaning operation is to clean one portion after another. The filtered, clean liquid in the system is utilized to perform reverse cleaning in the opposite direction. Only one of the multiple filter sets will be reversely cleaned. The remaining sets will keep their normal filtering operation to ensure the requirement of continuous operation of the filtering system.
The initiation mechanism of reverse cleaning applies the design based on two principles in timing control and detection of the pressure difference. When the calculated value in the timer of the control system exceeds the predefined value or the pressure difference between entry and exit exceeds the predefined value, automated PLC control system will initiate the reverse cleaning mechanism to perform cleaning of the interior of the filter system, one-by-one cleaning of the meshes of the filter set will be performed to maintain the cleanness of the mesh surfaces, which continuously maintains high operation efficiency for the filtering system.
