Detailed Description

The design of this product applies 2 pieces (or more) of a CJS single tube filtering device and manual ball valve connecting in series to simplify the operation and save manpower. The design of the product can be adjusted according to the processing capacity or the tube diameter on site, and be connected with multiple CJS single tube type filters in series at the same time. The location and layout planning for entry and exit tubes can be optimized based on the requirements of the working environment of the customer. Appropriate handling of the impurity discharging valve under the filter according to the need for treating the industrial water during a typical normal operation can be performed to purge deposited impurities in the filter. Such can reduce the chance of mesh clogging, save the count of cleaning and reduce the cost of time and manpower. The unique advantage of this device is that when one or more filters are clogged or the filtering efficiency is poor, the backup mesh can be easily replaced for that specific portion during the operation. Normal operation can be resumed without the need to interrupt or stop the device intentionally for cleaning the mesh, which helps with the timing control of production. Dynamic reverse cleaning function: this product can utilize the handling of the entry and the exit manual ball valves and the impurity discharging ball valve to perform reverse cleaning function on the mesh during the continuous operation
