vertical weld compatible with tank erection equipment.,mainly used in automatic welding worksite for large steel structure such as oil tank,hot-blast stove. • Vertical travel speed: 0 to 250 mm/min • Plates handles: From 1.40 to 3.20 meters height. • Plates thickness: From 8 to 50 mm Single side welding 32mm. • Tank diameters: 5.00 meters and over Regulates welding current through the feedback of arc voltage, and it adjusts wire stick out and welding head auto lifting by welding current feedback. Applicable for “bottom to up” constructed storage tanks, inside/outside welding Suitable for tank diameter 5.00 m and over  Adjustable Wind Shielding Standard frame for tank shell plate 1.4 m to 3.2 m high Front and back side are forced together after water cooling. Fixed ceramic or water-cool cooper mat is applied at the back side, water-cool copper shoe is applied at the front side. It use 100% CO2 gas shield and flux cored wire or intershield flux cored wire. Liquid surface of melting pool self-controllable, auto-traveling welding carriage and self-adjustable sitck out. Adjustable dwell time on both sides to weld thicker plate. Rail of carriage is composed of semi-flex aluminum alloy structure and easy to release and fix.
